How to use
3 Steps to setting up your Selfie Drone 7s
Congratulations, you got your new Selfie Drone 7s! Now it is time to set up and activate it, and enjoy the fun new tech. Setting up and activating your drone is not a difficult task, but there are a few steps that can help you make your first flight much easier.
Step 1. Install the app
Prior to your first flight with the drone, you need to install the JYUFO app on your smart phone or tablet. After unfolding the motor arms, press the power button to start the drone and search for the Wi-Fi network labeled "JYUFO".The motors can be armed through the JYUFO application by tapping the arrow "Up". In the case of emergency, all the drone's motors can be stopped instantly with the help of the "Stop" button.
Step 2. Flying your drone
For beginners, it is not recommended to increase the speed above 30%. When using the drone inside a house or an apartment it is advisable not to set the speed more than 60%. The 100% speed rate is intended for outdoor flights only. At such speed, the Selfie Drone 7s becomes fast and agiler.
Naturally, because of the Wifi protocol, the live stream has some lag so it is not recommended to use the drone exclusively in the FPV mode.
The control mode of the drone is set to virtual joysticks by default. Push the throttle stick (Left one) up to raise the drone.

Solution: Please try out the following instructions :
Check Your Network Connection
If your smartphone is not connected to a reliable cellular or internet connection, you may experience some difficulty in sending or receiving communication from your Selfie Drone 7s system. If you are receiving spotty internet/cellular reception, try re-starting your smartphone. This may sometimes alleviate some network glitchiness that occurs with web-based smartphone applications.
Restart the Selfie Drone 7s JY UFO Smartphone App
If your Selfie Drone 7s Smartphone App is not functioning properly, try to relaunch the app. In order to do this on iOS, hold down your Home Button until your smartphone’s screen zooms out to show your open applications. Swipe up on the JY UFO application to completely close out the app. After you have done this, touch the JY UFO App icon to restart the app.
Re-Install the Selfie Drone 7s JY UFO Smartphone App
In rare instances, particularly when a new App or OS version has been downloaded, functionality can become temporarily interrupted. In these cases, we recommend deleting the JY UFOapp from your smartphone and reinstalling it by visiting your smartphone’s App Store.
Wait 1-2 Hours and Try Again
On some occasions, the cellular coverage in your area may be spotty, resulting in poor communication from the JY UFO app. However, networks tend to refresh every 2 hours, allowing your Selfie Drone JY UFO to reconnect with your smartphone.
Question: If the mini drone cannot take off, it might be because:
Potential Problem: The blades are mounted backward.
Solution: Make sure the blades are installed in the proper direction.
Potential Problem: The battery of the mobile device or of the mini drone is low.
Solution: Make sure the battery of either one is fully charged
Potential Problem: The motors are damaged.
Solution: Please check whether the motors work. If not, please change a new one
Potential Problem: The circuit board of the mini-drone is damaged.
Solution: Contact the manufacturer for technical support or purchase a new one from the manufacturer's official website.
